FormulaFree to useThree jobs. Every post does one.
Give every LinkedIn post one job, so your content builds reach and trust and makes it easy to buy.
5 posts a week = 2 TOFU (reach) + 2 MOFU (trust) + 1 BOFU (convert)
TOFU, reach: industry takes, news breakdowns, myth vs fact, data posts. End on a question that invites comments.
MOFU, trust: how-tos, teardowns, cheat sheets, lead magnets. End with "Comment KEYWORD" or "save this".
BOFU, convert: client stories, before/after, failure stories, the offer. End with "DM me" or a soft line.
One clear ask a week is enough. If every post sells, people stop reading.
Posting 3 times a week? Run 1 TOFU, 1 MOFU, 1 BOFU.
Measure each layer: profile views for reach, keyword comments for trust, DMs and calls for convert.

Score and stack signals
Decide who to message today by scoring buying signals, so you reach accounts when they are ready, not just when they fit.
- ICP first. No fit, no points: a hot signal at the wrong company is still the wrong company.
- Hot, 30 points: a person is acting on the problem now, like a new exec in seat or engaging with competitor content.
- Warm, 20 points: the company changed in a way that creates need, like hiring SDRs, a funding round or a new office.
The campaign canvas
Build a LinkedIn campaign where every part has a job, and know exactly which part to fix when it stalls.
- Segment: one sentence a stranger could build a list from. Not "SMBs" or "anyone with a website".
- Signal stack: 2 to 3 public, dated events under 90 days old that say "now".
- List: filters you can save and re-run, not a bought CSV nobody checked.
The follow-ups that got the first reply
Get replies from people who ignored your first message, with follow-ups that give something instead of "just bumping this".
- Send a resource or a list: something they can use without replying to you. The most common winner.
- Ask a one-line question. Short, no pitch, answerable in 5 seconds.
- Use the reverse question: "So I'm guessing this wouldn't work for you?" People love correcting you.
How the call actually gets booked
Turn replies into booked calls by moving the ask from the first message to after the yes.
- Open with a question about them. Nothing to book, nothing to click.
- Send the booking link only after they say yes, never before.
- Propose two specific times in their time zone, like "Tuesday 5 pm or Wednesday 11 am your time?"
The morning lead brief
Have Claude do the first hour of prospecting before you open LinkedIn, so you spend 20 minutes a day instead of 2 hours.
- Make a Claude Project with your offer, your ICP in one paragraph, 3 past clients and why they bought, and message rules.
- Connect what you already use: email, calendar, drive, and your CRM if there is a connector.
- Schedule a weekday 8:30 am task: find up to 10 ICP companies that showed a buying signal in the last 7 days.
